YaoLan (BabyCare) was founded by Matt Estes, an executive with many years of experience operating divisions of multinational consumer products companies in China. YaoLan sells a range of branded nutritional supplements, food products and educational toys aimed at pregnant mothers and children up to six years old. To find the young mothers who are its customers, YaoLan employs other young mothers who earn commissions from sales. YaoLan runs centers in a number of Chinese cities. These centers provide classes for customers about pregnancy and motherhood.
